We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Final Sale and non-returnable items are excluded.
Contact us for return approval. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Yes. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved. Prefer a direct exchange? We can help—if there’s a price difference, we’ll let you know before processing.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
If your order status shows as complete but you haven't received your order, there are several steps you can take to help track down your order.
Check Your Dispatch Confirmation Email - Review the dispatch confirmation email you received from us. It should contain your valid tracking information, which will help you track your parcel.
Look Out for Communication from Couriers - Keep an eye out for text messages, emails, or attempted delivery cards from our couriers. Your parcel might be waiting for you at a local delivery depot, or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
If you still can't locate your parcel, please contact our Customer Services team using the email form provided HERE. When reaching out to us, make sure to include your order number and tracking number so that our team can collaborate with the courier to resolve the issue.
